Katherine Hill is a trailblazer in international business and consultancy whose journey began with a global perspective from an early age. Educated in the Middle East, she became the first member of her family to attend university, earning degrees in Informatics, Islamic Studies, and Religious Studies — laying the foundation for a life dedicated to crossing borders and building connections.

At just 26, Katherine broke new ground as the first female Director of an international networking company, setting a precedent for women in global leadership. Her success led to her being headhunted to India as Chief Operating Officer, where she delivered outstanding results by launching the country’s first outsourced call centre in New Delhi, employing over 3,000 staff. She later built on this achievement by establishing Sri Lanka’s first call centre, once again pioneering new industries in emerging markets.

Her entrepreneurial spirit has driven her to create and manage thriving businesses in Cyprus and Greece, from marine services to award-winning dive training centres. Beyond her corporate achievements, Katherine has lived an extraordinary life at sea, spending 16 years aboard a sailing yacht, embodying resilience, adaptability, and a passion for exploration.
